Closely related to plums, apricots are believed to have originated in Asia. Our dried apricots are Blenheim apricots, a variety that tends to be delicate but very flavorful. No sugar added.
Dried apricots are a delicious and healthy snack. We use them when baking - in cookies or loaf cakes. Apricots work as good substitutes in dishes calling for peaches or nectarines. We also like to dip dried apricots in our chocolate fondue! Available in half pound increments.
