Description
La Strega di Triora has been producing seasonal preserves in Italy's mountainous region of Triora since 1986. Each batch is still made by hand and cooked in copper pots which helps the fruits to maintain their rich colors and flavors.
Their apricot preserve has pitch perfect balance of apricot flavor with a judicious amount of cane sugar harmoniously blended.
