Rue Traversette is based in Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens, a small village located between Béziers and Montpellier in France. They take locally grown produce and transform it into incredible preserves like spreads and salad dressings. Their products are exclusive to Formaggio Kitchen in the United States.
This artichoke-based spread is made with the addition of Sarawak white pepper, giving it a unique slightly spicy kick. Try it with fish.
