Pappardelle is a thick, egg-rich noodle that calls out for a rich ragù of duck or rabbit. For an easy sauce, gently warm a leg or two of our housemade duck confit in a pool of Sugo Pomodoro - when warmed through, pull the meat off the bone, pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and place the pulled meat on top. Finish with a fresh grating of Parmigiano-Reggiano.
