From California's Suisun Valley they harvest their S. Blanc grapes when they are high in natural sugars and the flavors are concentrated. Then ferment the juice before "slowly" converting it to vinegar in oak barrels.

Kazt Sauvignon Blanc AgroDolce has hints of rich, raisin and apricot tones from these late-harvest grapes, and is nicely balanced with a "backbone" of crisp acidity.

Kazt Sauvignon Blanc AgroDolce has hints of rich, raisin and apricot tones from these late-harvest grapes, and is nicely balanced with a "backbone" of crisp acidity.
