This organic tomato and pepper sauce is made with Apulian tomatoes, yellow and red peppers, and extra virgin olive oil. Made by sautéing extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and onions, enriched with select peppers and Capobianco's tomato puree, for an intense, velvety, and slightly aromatic flavor.
Made exclusively with ingredients from their farm's fields, it is processed without the addition of preservatives to preserve all the authenticity, freshness, and quality of the raw materials.
Perfect for seasoning short or long pasta, ideal for original recipes like fusilli with pepper cream and smoked ricotta. It's also excellent as a base for vegetarian pepper lasagna or as an accompaniment to grilled white meats and cheeses, enhancing their flavor with a sweet, enveloping note.
