Saladini, Bread Knife

Description

Each Saladini knife is painstakingly crafted with thoughtful design, exceptional materials and generations of expertise. This large bread knife is very sharp and the deep serrations grab even the crustiest of loaves. The blade is forged using AISI 420 stainless steel and the handle is made from water buffalo horn, ox horn, or olive wood.  The knife is about 14 1/2 inches long with a blade length of 9 inches.

Buffalo horn is a natural material and can vary in color from knife to knife. Generally, buffalo horn handles are solid black, but some will have some fine white coloration as well.

Ox horn is a natural material and can vary in color from knife to knife.

Olive wood, runs from yellow to an orange with green tinge. It also smells amazing.
