Each knife in the Saladini cheese collection was designed with a specific cheese style in mind, and without excessive design flourishes. This style of knife is intended to be used to break off chunks of hard cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Gran Riserva. The handle is made from beautiful Tuscan olive wood, or italian Buffalo or Ox Horn
