Description
Rue Traversette is based in Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens, a small village located between Béziers and Montpellier in France. They take locally grown produce and transform it into incredible preserves like spreads and salad dressings. Their products are exclusive to Formaggio Kitchen in the United States.
This sweet red pepper-based spread combines onion, garlic, apple, olive oil, honey, salt, tarragon, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper. It's excellent as an accompaniment with goat cheese or mussels.
INGREDIENTS: Red pepper (55%), garlic, onion, apple, white wine, olive oil, honey, salt, tarragon (less than 1%), pepper.
Possible traces of peanuts and nuts, celery, mustard and sesame.
