They innovate with various styles of mustard but all maintain a classically French profile such as their mustard and cassis or their mustard with Burgundy verjus.
Their tarragon mustard is exceptional. It has a deep green color from the fresh tarragon that is blended into the mustard. The flavor is balanced and fresh which makes it an ideal companion for salads or sandwiches.
