Effie's Corncakes - 7.2oz
Two longtime friends, Joan and Irene, founded Effie's Homemade right here in Boston. Their corncakes are a riff on their original oatcake that pays homage to regional recipes of the Americas such as cornmeal flatbreads, corn pones and johnnycakes. These cakes use a blend of wheat flour, cornmeal and masa to give a toasty sweet corn flavor that we love with coffee or tea or alongside a bowl of tangy yoghurt.
