Citrus Chios is a Greek, family-owned company established in 2008 that produces traditional marmalades, jams, and other unique delicacies utilizing ingredients from the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.

Spoon sweets are traditional preserves typically made of whole fruit in syrup. This spoon sweet is made with Greek sour cherries and has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. These are almost like Luxardo cherries and thus are great in cocktails, as a tart filling, or with ice cream or yogurt.
