We were the first store stateside to import these Tuscan biscotti.  When they were put on the shelves, we had no idea how many of our customers would recognize them.  Our first shipment sold out in days.

These are hand-made by Francesco Pandolfini and family in Prato, Italy, just as they have been for generations. We were amazed at how much product comes out of the small storefront, and everything from the shaping of the dough to the tying of the ribbon is done by hand.

    I have had the privilege of visiting the the Antonio Mattei store in Prato as my daughter attended school in this beautiful city. Please do not put them in the same category as the brands made in the US. The biscotti is cut much smaller, as they should be. Each piece is loaded with almonds. You can taste the flavor of the almond. The biscotti is crunchy, as it should be, but they do not break your teeth. The flavors are not hidden by artificial ingredients. These are truly special and once you have had these biscotti, nothing else will compare.
