Description
Olof Viktors is the name of a good-fired stone oven bakery and cafe located in beautiful Glemminge, Sweden on the southern tip of the country. They are highly regarded for their breads and crispbreads as well as for other specialty items such as their jams and marmalades. All of their products are produced in small batches and by hand. Ihsan and Valerie discovered their delicious products on a past trip to Scandinavia. Pictured here are the saffron biscotti.
