Rue Traversette is based in Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens, a small village located between Béziers and Montpellier in France. They take locally grown produce and transform it into incredible preserves like spreads and salad dressings. Their products are exclusive to Formaggio Kitchen in the United States.
This green olive spread uses a rare and historic olive from Hérault, France called Amellau. It's floral in flavor with notes of rose or even lychee. Try it spread on a piece of crusty baguette or with fish.
