Rue Traversette is based in Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens, a small village located between Béziers and Montpellier in France. They take locally grown produce and transform it into incredible preserves like spreads and salad dressings. Their products are exclusive to Formaggio Kitchen in the United States.
Inspired by the island off the coast of France, Corsica, this bright and unique spread is made with a flavorful blend of chestnuts and clementine. This is a part of Rue Traversette's series of spreads inspired by different regional flavors found around France.
INGREDIENTS: Fennel, onion, tomato, chestnut (15%), white wine, clementine (3.5%), olive oil, salt, nigella, pepper, turmeric.
Possible traces of nuts and peanuts.
Produced in a facility that also uses peanuts, nuts, celery, mustard and sesame.
