Formaggio Kitchen has been an institution in Cambridge for nearly 30 years, and during this time we have made many friends. At our request, some of these friends have agreed to share their favorite recipes with us. It is our great pleasure to share with you the recipes of some of the top chefs in the country. Some of these chefs are world reknowned; some are simply friends with exquisite taste. Some are people who have dazzled us with their skills. These delicious recipes -all featured in the restaurants of Boston - can now be prepared at home. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Because we've collected so many recipes over the years, we've chosen to break them up into rough categories. Appetizers can be entrees, and entrees can be appetizers. It was a difficult decision: do we categorize by the wonderful people who gave us these recipes to work with? By their ingredients? Or by type of dish?
