An everyday cooking paste that’s spicy, savory and a bit sweet. Good for marinating, zhuzhing, dipping and mixing. Add to anything that could use a punch of flavor. A little goes a long way.
Our products are made in small batches in Korea using traditional methods (think: cotton cloths, ceramic pots, and iron cauldrons). Fermentation, like all good things, takes time.
No added sugars, preservatives, or artificial flavors. Vegan."
