Description
This new, organic, monocultivar, extra virgin olive oil from Poiema in Greece is made from the Prevezana olive variety. Prevezana is the local name for the Lianolia olive variety in the Preveza region of Greece. Oils made from this variety are characterized by their fruity aroma, gentle bitterness, and peppery undertones.
