This pasta is made with organic semolina and raw Maine Lobster Roe, basically lobster caviar. It is incredible. Silky and lobster-ey, and rich, and incredible. This 10-oz. box is perfect for 2 people, or one really greedy person (who totally deserves the whole box by themselves!)"
