Since 1878, the Le Blanc family has been using age-old techniques to grind seeds and fruits on the same stone mill based in the town of Iguerande in southern Burgundy. This oil has a deep golden color and a rich flavor of gently roasted hazelnuts. Due to a low smoke point, this oil is best used as a finishing oil.
