Description
Broyé du Poitou is a large, buttery, shortbread biscuit from the Poitou-Charentes region of France. Originally made to feed farm workers, it is traditionally shared by breaking it into pieces with a sharp tap in the center of the biscuit. Serves 8-10.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, 26% butter, sugar, egg, sea salt, sliced almonds.
