2nd Quarter 2026 Selection
Flavored Mustard
This quarter we’ve curated a selection of flavored mustards from all across the globe.
Edmond Fallot Honey Balsamic Mustard
Despite what you may think, the piquancy of the base of Dijon mustard does not overpower the delicate sweet flavors of the addition of balsamic and honey. Rather there is a balance achieved: The peppery notes and sweet honey flavors compliment one another beautifully. Create a creamy vinaigrette, add to sauces, or use to marinate chicken, this mustard will not disappoint!
Edmond Fallot is a now-iconic mustard producer based in Beaune, France. They’re a family-owned company that has been crafting mustards since 1840. They are known for their traditional stone-grinding methods that preserve the flavor of the Burgundy mustard seeds the used to craft their authentic Dijon mustard and a wide variety of flavored mustards.
Schwerter Senfmuhle
(Various different flavors were sent to members)
Operating since 1845, Schwerter Senfmuhle is one of the oldest traditional mustard mills in Germany. Owned and operated by Mr. Frank Peisert, the company has developed a devout following for their line of stone-ground mustards. Mr. Peisert works with the finest mustard seed available and, through a double-milling process, creates smooth, yet subtly grainy, mustards in a variety of flavors. Formaggio Kitchen was the first company to bring Frank's mustards into the United States and his mustards are exclusive to our shops.
Schwerter Lingonberry Mustard
Lingonberries are tart red berries (somewhat similar to cranberries, though smaller). This mustard is ground together with the berries, creating a condiment with an added tart fruitiness and pink hue. Great on a cheese board with alpine-style cheeses, smeared on pâté, or paired with other cured meats.
Schwerter Garlic Mustard
Garlic and mustard make a perfect match. This mustard has an allium kick that makes it delicious in a variety of applications: on pâté, a deli meat sandwich, or in salad dressings.
Schwerter Honey Dill Mustard
This very unique mustard combines the sweetness of honey with the distinctively fresh and herbal flavor of dill. We like it on sandwiches, in salad dressings, or paired with aged cheddar cheese.
Schwerter Beer Mustard
This is a very classic German beer mustard. The beer gives it a rich malty flavor that pairs well with a variety of cheeses and of course, sausages.
Kozlik’s Amazing Maple Mustard
This best-selling mustard has become a Canadian classic. Made with real Canadian maple syrup, this mustard has the perfect balance of sweet and heat. Great as a glaze with salmon, turkey, or ham, or straight out of the jar as a dip for vegetables, meats and seafood.
Kozlik's Canadian Mustard was established in 1948 and has remained family-owned and operated to this day, producing hand-made mustard in small batches. Their family recipe has not changed in over 60 years, nor has their commitment to sourcing the finest quality ingredients (including using 100% Canadian-grown mustard seeds) to make the best-tasting mustards possible.
Tracklements Mustard
(Some members received Beer Mustard, some Horseradish Mustard)
Based in the heart of Wiltshire, England, Tracklements lovingly makes an award-winning range of over 50 artisan condiments, including the UK’s first wholegrain mustard.
Tracklements Beer Mustard
This wholegrain British mustard is made with malty Wiltshire beer, spices like black pepper and allspice, and chilies for a small amount of added heat. The result is a punchy mustard with a rich, malty flavor. Perfect with sausages, ham, or English cheddar.
Tracklements Horseradish Mustard
This mustard packs quite the punch: Punchy horseradish root is added to a base of spicy English-style mustard to create a sinus-clearing hot mustard. Serve alongside your Sunday roast beef or smeared on a roast beef sandwich.
