This thoughtful approach to sourcing is important because it is highly traceable, allowing both us and our customers to know exactly where our coffee is coming from. Also, single-origin beans tend to have distinct flavor profiles that are influenced by factors like the coffee varietal, growing altitude, climate, soil, and processing methods specific to that origin. All that being said, we still love and appreciate blends as well!
