Citrus Chios is a Greek, family-owned company established in 2008 that produces traditional marmalades, jams, and other unique delicacies utilizing ingredients from the historic island of Chios in the North-Eastern Aegean.
This concentrated juice made from tart sour cherries is almost syrup-like. Try it mixed with chilled still or sparkling water or use it as an ingredient in a summer cocktail or mocktail.
