INGREDIENTS
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons ponzu sauce (like Japanese Yuzu Ponzu)
2 tablespoons extra virigin olive oil (like Aria Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Salt (like Ravida Sea Salt)
Cherry tomatoes (1 package, we like Little Guys organic tomatoes from Maine), sliced in 1/2
PREPARATION
1. Mince garlic and top with ponzu sauce in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Whisk in oil and add salt to taste.
3. Pour mixture over sliced tomatoes and serve.
