The taste of this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is fine with notes of thistle and mint, and spicy hint of black pepper, it has a green color with a golden tinge.

It can be used in many recipes, sauteed creamy pasta and rice dishes, tuna marinade. Ideal with grilled radicchio, artichoke salad with parmesan slivers, meat sauce and fish fry.
