This Arrabiata sauce is prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area, chilli, garlic, onion and salt, it is a classic Roman and Lazio cuisine with a spicy flavor. It goes well with one of the most famous short pasta shapes in the world, Penne rigate. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly heated over low heat.

    My husband and I always make sure we have a stock of this delicious pasta sauce. We use it to our pasta, meatball subs, ground beef dishes and other dishes. Definitely a staple at home. Friends tasted my meatball subs and all asking for the recipe. I can't help but revealed my secret to them and that is the Arrabbiata sauce by Rustichella from Formaggio Kitchen. Even shared a screenshot of the bottle and shared with all of them. This is also one of the special items we put for our business staff 'Christmas basket' for their family every year. The Arrabbiata sauce is definitely a favorite by our family and friends. We are always pleased and thankful to Formaggio Kitchen for bringing this special sauce to our kitchen and beyond.
