Greece's rasrest honey produced by Vasilis and Sotiris once a year in the forests of the Peloponnese.
Riza’s raw and unfiltered honey is derived from honeydew. Their forest honey has a particularly low sugar content (30% less than the average honey), meaning it will never crystallise.
