To create this flavor-packed dish, they dice all the freshly harvested organic vegetables into cubes, season them, and cook them in their outdoor wood Ofyr kitchen to give them a perfect smoky flavor. When they are ready–Umbrian Leccino olives, capers, and their organic extra virgin olive oil is added to the mix.
Twin brother, farmer, and chef Nic suggests using it as a bruschetta topping, as a side dish, or the perfect filling for vegan tacos!
