Description
This ready-made soup is one of Quintosapore's best-selling products. Made with pumpkins and truffles from their farm–and nothing else besides aromatics, the resulting soup is simple yet flavor-packed. They use two varieties of pumpkins, Lunga di Napoli and Butternut, and the black truffles are found in the woods by their farm dogs Moka and Bella when twin brother farmer Ale takes them exploring.
The other twin brother and chef, Nic, suggests warming it up and adding a swirl of their extra virgin olive oil for the perfect finishing touch. If you like some crunch, throw in some croutons as well.
INGREDIENTS: Pumpkin, Tuber Avestivum (summer truffle), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, white pepper.
