Chef Nic, one of the twin brother farmers of Quintosaproe, created this gourmet salt by combining the finest sea salt crystals with their Aglione del Re, the special variety of garlic they grown on their farm in Umbria. He adds it to almost any dish that could use a salty, garlicky boost!
