Description
Frantoio Buraschi was born in 1966 from Otello Buraschi's passion for oil, the company has grown over the years as the love for work and the product "extra virgin olive oil", passed on to the daughters Alessandra and Emanuela, who today continue in this activity with great dedication and respect for tradition.
The activity of the mill begins at the end of September and lasts until the end of December; in this period olives from the territory of Montepulciano and the surrounding area are processed. The milling process, is carried out with a continuous cold extraction system, the plant is certified for processing: Organic, Tuscan IGP and DOP Terre di Siena.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an intense oil, with a marked scent of fresh fruit, vegetable thistle and artichoke, al taste is medium bitter and spicy. The color is bright green with yellow components. The odor is medium intense and persistent, with a very balanced herbaceous touch and sweet notes of ripe tomato and almond.
