With an exquisite taste and aroma, Botanica Origins' Cacao Nibs are non-alkalized and made from the Criollo cacao variety, which represents only 5% of the world’s crop. Slowly fermented at room temperature immediately after harvest, the cacao beans are sun-dried under the Amazonian sun prior to being crushed into nibs. Through a single-source and small batch production, we ensure consistent and premium quality nibs: low acidity, uniform shape and size, free from shell pieces or fragments, and fresh and crunchy from tree-to-door!
