This bar is made with the Gran Nativo Blanc cocoa bean, an endemic variety of the Morropón region of Peru. Its name comes from its high proportion of white beans, the rarest and most delicate type of cocoa beans. The result is an incredibly complex 72% dark chocolate bar. 

Barre Clandestine is exclusive to Formaggio Kitchen in the United States. They are a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based outside of Montpellier, France founded by duo Émilie and Emmanuel in 2022.

This bar is made with the Gran Nativo Blanc cocoa bean, an endemic variety of the Morropón region of Peru. Its name comes from its high proportion of white beans, the rarest and most delicate type of cocoa beans. The result is an incredibly complex 72% dark chocolate bar.
