From the producers: "The ETXEKOA range translates into Basque “De la Maison” is first of all traditional, family-run and comes from healthy and artisanal agriculture. The adventure begins with the Xipister whose recipe was passed on to me from a very young age by a fisherman from Hendaye during a seasonal job in the catering industry. After several months of refining the recipe, we decided to make our seasoning known to the greatest chefs and the best traders in the region and then in France under the Etxekoa brand.
