Delivered immediately to our wolrd-class, custom-built Alfa Lava mill, we produce only the highest quality California certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil."
These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to their world-class Alpha Laval mill. As a finishing oil, with herbaceous aromas of bay leaf and thyme with nutty and green tea flavors. It complements seafood, fish and vegetables.
