Description
This natural, untreated salt is harvested from the Mediterranean Sea that surrounds the island of Sicily. It's rich in minerals such as iodine, fluorine, magnesium and potassium, all of which make it an ideal table salt. The texture is fairly coarse, making it the perfect salt for cooking: salting pasta water, sprinkling over finished dishes, or seasoning anything mid-cooking.
