Calissons are an artisanal specialty from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, made using the traditional methods of the Petit Duc house, founded in 1991. This assortment offers four delicate flavors — classic, orange, pistachio, and rose — which combine almonds, candied melon, orange peel, rose petals, and pistachios, to offer a melting texture and a subtle balance in the mouth.
Each calisson is made with carefully selected ingredients, reflecting the high standards and authenticity of Provençal production.
