Altiam Sweet Fruity is a unique vinegar in the world. Exceptional, it comes from the slow transformation of fir syrup into vinegar, after a first alcoholic fermentation and aging for several months in oak barrels.
With its ruby color, this vinegar develops intense aromas of ripe, red and black fruits, mingling with the delicate scents of fir and High Mountain.
The roundness and the sweetness are followed by the freshness and the liveliness of the slightly acid flavours.
