Description
Rich, dense, and flavorful, this balsamic vinegar is made from a variety of the small fruits typically grown in Canada's cool climate (some of which are foraged from the wild or organically grown) along with carefully selected honeys.
This is a densely fruity and aromatic vinegar that can easily replace any classic balsamic Italian vinegar in most recipes. La Ville recommends it on ripe tomatoes with some salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil or on grilled bell peppers and zucchini, or even in yogurt mixed with berries and granola.
This vinegar won a gold medal at the USI Vinegar Competition.
INGREDIENTS: Northern small fruit vinegar (highbush cranberries, cherries, elderberries, strawberries, blueberries, black currants, raspberries, etc), northern small fruits, honey.
CONTAINS: Sulphites.
