This vinegar is made in very small quantities by our favorite Banyuls producers, Nathalie Lefort and Michel Giurt. It is made using Muscat wine, which is produced in the A.O.C. of Rivesaltes in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France.
This vinegar has a beautiful floral nose that carries through on the palate along with the punch of bright acidity. Great in vinegrette, marinades and drizzled over steamed vegetables or fish.
