Description
This delicious Chenin vinegar is one of Nathalie Lefort's 'Limited Edition' creations. Made from 'Premier Rendez-Vous', a white wine made from 40 to 70 year old vines at Domaine Jousset in the Loire.
From the producers: "Premier rendez-vous with Lise and Bertrand Jousset and “Premier rendez-vous” is also the name of this fine vintage of Chenin. What to say? a lively, clean Vinegar that makes your mouth water… we love it!"
Use it with salads, seafood and for light pickling duties.
