When the bakery is making this granola, it perfumes the entire store with a beautiful aroma. She uses cashews, pistachios, almonds, oats, cinnamon, salt, dried tart cherries, butter and raisins - but this granola is definitely greater than the sum of its parts!
We love it in the morning with fruit and yogurt, or as an easy snack at any time of the day.
