Description
'Zibibbo', also known as 'Muscat of Alexandria,' is a white wine grape that is a member of the Muscat family. Wine experts believe it is one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence. It is mostly used in the production of sweet wines known as 'passiti.' This jar contains raisins made from the variety.
Enjoy these raisins alongside a cheese plate (they're particularly great with blue cheeses or fresh goat's milk cheeses) or as a garnish on yogurt or ice cream.
Once opened, use within a few days (no need to refrigerate).
