Fennel is, planted in September, harvested in Feburarly and then sliced and packing into jars. This raw fennel is enhanced with extra virgin olive oil, a little orange, apple vinegar to create this Carpaccio.
“I Contadini” (which translates to "the farmers") produces high-quality jarred vegetables, farmed in the Puglia region of Italy. For three generations, the operating family has handled all aspects of the business, from growing the produce to sealing the jars. This dedication results in exceptionally vibrant-tasting products.
