Loukoumi, also known as 'Greek Delight' or 'Turkish Delight,' is a soft, jelly-like confection dusted with icing sugar. This version is flavored zest lemon and sweet figs. Loukoumia are an authentic accompaniment to a Greek coffee on a summer afternoon.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, glucose syrup, corn starch, dried fig (8%), lemon zest (3%), lemon flavoring, acidity regulator: citric acid.
