Bonnies Red Pepper Jelly - 8.75oz
Rather than overwhelm with an excessively hot jelly, Bonnie encourages us to appreciate the deep red pepper flavor accented with a touch of vinegar and a touch of heat. Because of this balanced approach, we find that this jelly pairs nicely with some of our triple creme cheeses as well as with our aged brebis.

Bonnie Shershow has been making jam at our shop since 2001 when she made arrangements to use our kitchen to make her wonderful array of jams. Sunday afternoons in the spring and summer you'll find her slicing and dicing fruit and gently cooking it in a large copper pot. We adore the results: a sumptious strawberry rhubarb, an almost black blend of blackberries and blueberries (\"black & blue\"), rich and amazingly aromatic apricot or peach as well as a store favorite called raspberry lime rickey. These are among the many concoctions Bonnie creates - all of which contain fruit sourced from local farms.
