In 1871, Mr. SCHAAL established his activity as a chocolate maker on the banks of the rivers of the Ill, in Strasbourg, in the heart of the historic district of Petite France.
Heir to a long family know-how, the craftsman develops the manufacture of chocolate candies. Passionate about his profession, Mr. SCHAAL knew how to take advantage of a modern and efficient production tool. Surrounded by a squad of authentic chocolate makers, he soon supplied the shops of his colleagues with high quality, custom-made products. He thus becomes the Chocolatier of Chocolatiers.
