The San Giuliano marmalades are estate-grown and crafted: the fruit utilized and the production takes place entirely on the San Guiliano estate. The fruit orchard has been organically managed since the 1980s.
All their jam production is done by hand in small batches with simple, family recipes. Freshly picked organic fruit is hand-sliced and cooked down slowly with only cane sugar. They never use thickeners or preservatives.
Their Sicilian Bitter Orange Marmalade is made with the Arancia Rossa di Sicilia, the blood orange of Sicily. Its bright crimson flesh is both tart and sweet.
